Return Policy

Requirements of a Return:

  1. The return from the customer/ Consumer has to be initiated within 4 days of receiving the  product/ products.
  2. The return must be done in the original packaging used by our company.
  3. The return can be done in two ways
    (a) Full return of the money
    (b) In store credit, which  can be used in future shopping with us.
  4. One “Order Number”(mentioned in the purchase receipt) will have only one return service  provided. Repeated returns from the same “Order number” will not be entertained.

Full return of the money:

To avail this service you need to ,

  1. The return from the customer/ Consumer has to be initiated within 4 days of receiving the  product. 
  2. The return must be done in the original packaging used by our company. 
  3. Take the picture of the product and upload to our website under “Return” tab through your  order section together with the purchase receipt. 
  4. The return of money will be initiated after receiving the product in our ware house and  comparing the same with your uploaded image. 
  5. One letter of authorization from the buyer has to be sent with the return package.
  6. The original purchase receipt needs to be attached. 
  7. The return will be done on the same bank account by which the product was purchased.(Debit  card, UPI, Wallet etc.) 
  8. The return of money may take 15 to 20 days depending on the situation. 
  9. Bulk and customized orders will not be taken back. 
  10. Used products will not be taken back. 
  11. The transportation charges will be beared by the company.

    In store credit: (Recommended)

    To avail this service you need to

    1. The return from the customer/ Consumer has to be initiated within 4 days of receiving the product.
    2. The return must be done in the original packaging used by our company.
    3. Take the picture of the product and upload to our website under “Return” tab through your order section together with the purchase receipt.
    4. The credit of money will be initiated after receiving the product in our ware house and comparing the same with your uploaded image.
    5. The credit of money will be done immediately to your account for future shopping. You can use it anytime you need to.
    6. Bulk and customised orders will not be taken back.
