Code Of Conduct

Our ethical and moral values are the foundation of our company. That is why we are committed to  keep our pillars strong at all times. 

This code applies to all the partners, employees and establishments or organizations engaged in  business with us. 

The main objective of getting this incorporated into our system is to get effective application of our  views and get the best outcomes as well without resulting in any kind of liabilities from our side. 

 

What we value: 

1. Safety: Safety is everywhere, whether it is related to life or environment. We are fully  committed in delivering our services to the world without compromising our safety in any  aspect. 

2. Freedom of speech: We believe that freedom of speech provides a comfort zone to our  subordinates and represents good leadership and teamwork. We will always try to  incorporate this as one of the fundamentals of our organization. We believe that this can  help us in successful implications of our various policies. 

3. Team work and equality: A team good effort is always more powerful than an individual  effort and we believe more power brings more success. We are always committed in  building and increasing the team capability. The key of a successful team is equality which  will be our primary focus. 

4. Respect: Respect holds utmost significance. Our devotion towards our relationships as well  as responsibilities will be determined based on this quality. We do respect our environment,  our people, our customers and organizations which lay our fundamentals of business and  expect the same from them. Any violations may interrupt further business development and  can effect employment too. Behavioral incompetency will be considered as a violation of  our ethical stand and will lead to related consequences.  

5. Honesty and transparency: A company’s reputation in front of its customers and consumers totally depends on honesty and transparency. It raises the customer base, as it helps to build trust which will add immense value to our organization.  

6. No blame culture: We believe blaming others never brings out any solution to the problem. So we will always try to follow a, ‘no blame culture’ so that our co-workers can give their  best with confidence. 

Divulge says no to retaliation and misconduct, which may include but not limited to threats,  exclusion, humiliation, intimidation and maliciously raising issues in bad faith. In such case please  check the “chain of command” mentioned in the “whistleblower policies” to get the matter into our  notice. The committee will take further action as will be found necessary. 

We want our associates to: 

1. Treat everybody with respect. 

2. Encourage any knowledgeable inputs from others.

3. Respect each other’s culture. 

4. Stay honest to Divulge. 

We consider our associates to be the true assets of Divulge. That is why we consider the needs and  requirements of our people as of primary priority.
